The START service is split up into four main areas: Alcohol Service - specialist in providing support and treatment for problematic alcohol use or dependency. WebSpecialist Substance Use Outreach Practitioner. £29,335 per year. Experience of working with people affected by substance use and/or homelessness. Capacity to work under pressure and manage time effectively. Adaptable, enthusiastic, and empathetic. Ability to communicate effectively with a range of people.
