I actually knew the date of conception with one of my children but the doctor wouldn't believe me and still calculated based on my very irregular periods. MOST people ovulate around mid cycle, so your LMP is a good basis to go off of, but if you ovulate earlier or later your EDD will be different than if you go by your LMP. WebApr 12, 2024 · C.
