WebDec 4, 2024 · In order to access BIOS via it's hotkey at boot, you may also need to turn off Fast Boot in BIOS setup which can cause it to bypass the hotkey trigger. If this isn't working correctly I'd check for a UEFI firmware update as many changes were made to bring these UEFI BIOS' fully funcitonal in the past seven years. I hope this helps.
